Nia Peeples - "Trouble" Following the success of Janet's "Pleasure Principle (music & video)", Nia released the hot dance track "Trouble" in late 1988. The 12" Remix is really pushing the comparison to Shep Pettibone's remix of The Pleasure Principle, only because he produced them both. What do you think? * Nia is still hot! *

I love this song. It definitely has that Janet Jackson, Pleasure Principle/Control vobe to it. She's also a very talented dancer. Check her out on Fame if you can catch some repeats.

She's beautiful! This song reminds me of "What Have You Done For Me Lately" and the dancing is very Paula Abdul. Brings back mem'ries! Hungry? Just look in the mirror and get fed up.

LaToya Jackson, demoed this song its on her remastered deluxe edition of You're Gonna Get Rocked Nick Ashford was someone I greatly admired, had the honor of knowing, and was the real-life inspiration for Cowboy Curtis' hair. RIP Nick. - Pee Wee Herman

I don't remember this song, but I used to watch her on the TV show Party Machine. She was on The Young And The Restless a few years ago too. You can take a black guy to Nashville from right out of the cotton fields with bib overalls, and they will call him R&B. You can take a white guy in a pin-stripe suit who’s never seen a cotton field, and they will call him country. ~ O. B. McClinton
