Prior to joining Toto, Mr. Frederiksen recorded for Casablanca Records using the pseudonym David London. He released one eponymous album and featured two songs on the soundtrack of the Village People blockbuster "Can't Stop the Music".

RIP. He only did one album ("Isolation"), but its one of my favs out of their catalogue, and probably their most consistant. Unfortunately Toto never had that killer frontman, and I actually prefer Joseph Williams, the lead singer who replaced him, to Freddie. I prefer him to Bobby Kimbell though LOL, and I love him on "Carmen" "Lion" and "Change of heart" inparticular.
That intro is killer! One of their most interesting tracks musically. Shame they didn't do more funky stuff like this, but they always did have abit of rnb influence in their music. Just have to spot it.
