Skeletonwitch(1) and Suffocation(1)

In my opinion Skeletonwitch and Suffocation are two of the best bands in extreme metal. Also, it makes me proud that Suffocation has african americans in the band. It just shows that us blacks can headbang with the best of em.

Oh, judged by that video and the wikipedia page Mike Smith seems to have left Suffocation again. razz

I've listened to the earlier material a lot, but I'm not a huge fan of that over-produced sound of technical death metal of today (triggered drums and all). Not that there's a huge difference in Suffocation's case between the old and the new, but things like that just matter to me as someone that listens to death metal only occasionally.
