The prices and ticket packages announced Wednesday are as follows:

$375 (general admission for Weekend 2 only)

$435 (general admission and shuttle bus combination, available for both weekends)

$60 (shuttle pass)

$85 car/tent camping (Weekend 2 only)

$799 VIP ticket (Weekend 2 only; no VIP passes are available for Weekend 1)

Very EDM. On that note, its neat that Fatboy Slim and Armand Van Helden are headliners. Its also interesting to note that Cajmere/Green Velvet is in small print on the Saturday lineup, way below Solange even. Solange.

So what happens? Two weekend days do they just kinda pick from the list at random? Do all acts play both weekends?

Probably the most underwhelming Coachella lineup I've seen.

Lorde a "more important performer" than Pet Shop Boys?

It pisses me off that I will not be able to see the Replacements. The ultimate underground band, and I'm expected to drop $400 to see them in So Cal? Forget it. Glad I saw them in 1985, for $8.

I could imagine putting together a nice afternoon of music from those lineups, there are some decent acts, but nothing that makes me think about dropping big dough to be uncomfortable for three days.

wtf happened to weekend one tickets?

I love a lot of acts on the first 2 days, and maybe 3 (at most) on day 3... Always wanted to go to this festival, but these days I'm so easily annoyed by huge crowds (especially pretentious, wasted, rude crowds in the hot California sun), my desire to make it out there has all but died.
