In my opinion Alice is more than just a Rock and Roll artist. His songs incoparate elements of Blues, pop, vaudeville, garage rock and even a little bit of punk. The only criticism i have of his work is some of his lyrics can be a little silly. But 2 counter the silliness, some of his other lyrics are extremely witty and heartfelt.

All things considered. Alice's music is sometimes flawed but is usually musically interesting. And as a artist i think he's somewhat underated.
