Kelis shoots music video for new single 'Rumble' - pictures
Kelis has teased details of the music video for her new single 'Rumble'.

The singer posted a series of images on her Instagram page for the visual, which includes two flamingos and a giraffe named Stanley.
"Larry the giraffe and flamingos too?can't wait to see this video," she said, adding: "Never a dull moment wepa!"

The track serves as the lead single from her forthcoming album, tentatively titled FOOD, which is due for release next year.

The LP is produced by TV On The Radio's Dave Sitek and will be released on Sitek's own record label Federal Prism.

Kelis recently confirmed that work on the album was complete, adding: "I'm really excited, my album is done. It sounds like love and summer balled up into one!

"You asked when new stuff was coming, I procrastinated but no more. It's here now, I'm happy. You should be too, embrace it! Wepa!"

FOOD is expected to feature recent track 'Jerk Ribs', which was offered as a free download earlier this month

Was this a press release? If so thats sloppy AF to name the giraffe Stanley in one line then have K calling it Larry in the very next line. Get it together, publicists. Thats your jobbbbb.

Also way to release an album that feels like love and summer in the dead of winter. Silly gal.

Anyway I am excited that Kelis is working with Sitek, the last album was sorta meh with all the gogo disco nonsense. I am ready for her to come back kicking some ass, and a song titled Rumble sounds promising. This ought to be an interesting ride.
