This is inspired by a thread I saw a long while ago on an R&B message board. Basically you name the singers you would want to have as members of a vocal group. You can choose them from either soloists or (former) group members. So this way you can make your ideal 'supergroup' in the style of LSG (Levert/Sweat/Gill). It's up to you how many members are in there, it could be as small as a duo, it could be 4 people, or go crazy and include 9 or 10 singers; you can gather a male group or a female group, or even a girls-n-boys band in the vein of City High (which was 2 guys and a girl).
