My support of Chris Brown is in no way,shape or form me condoning the beating of a woman! I have actually been in a abusive relationship myself.So I just feel, from my experience that he should be given another chance, like Rihanna gave him, by the public. That's all I'm saying!

I met him, he is a cool humble dude. Not the MONSTER people make him out to be. Whether you want to believe me or not is up to you.. He just made a bad horrific mistake. But God says forgive & he should be. I will admit he does have a temper. But he was a child prodigy & hasn't had a normal childhood like MJ. But you have to admit, HE IS PICKED ON & PROVOKED!!!

This is true but I think it originated under the best of intentions. I think early on the community wanted to support blacks instead of dumping on them while they were down like society in general. Plus it's the whole when-you-see-Chris-Brown-you-see-every-black-man mentality, which might also account for the relentless support for Brown. But I agree it has degenerated to boastful pride of the ignorant in 2013.

To me the one who is doing it right is Michael Vick, who had a revelation of wasted opportunities while in prison and seems like a totally different person now. Of course he gets slammed still but he seems of the attitude that outside forces won't affect him. Something I'm afraid Chris Brown will never learn.

Chris Brown Charged With Misdemeanor Assault

As HollywoodLife.com previously reported, Chris was charged with misdemeanor assault on Oct. 28 in a Washington, DC. court, and released from jail without bail.

Chris pled not guilty to the charge and is required to stay 100 yards away from the alleged victim, Isaac Adams Parker, 20.

The singer was arrested on Oct. 27 for allegedly punching Isaac. Even though Chris’ charge was lowered from a felony to a misdemeanor, he could still face jail time because he’s still on probation stemming from the 2009Rihanna assault case. If his probation is revoked, he could be looking at more than four years behind bars.

Every time he causes trouble, he is LITERALLY bailed out! I heard he is on his way to rehab now, but I also heard they let him cheat on his community service hours last time.
