I like Miguel a lot, but this is not very impressive.

I am getting a little tired of the "Hey Ya" iterations.

I am FEELIN this tune. It's ecclectic and quirky, fun and spunky, soulful with a hint of Beatles and a touch of Elvis. Doesn't sound like anything else out there. Not many songwriters could draw on such diverse musical styles and create something that sounds this original and fresh.

I love how unpredictable the song is; taking me on a roller coaster ride of sound. Just one listen makes my heart sprout wings.

And a bold move for a fast-rising r&b star to to release a genre-bending song like this. Good for Miguel. Wake people up a bit; make them sit up and pay attention when the talent enters the room.

So he just recently dropped this song. Is this in advance of a new album coming out soon? I did a quick online search but I didn't find much news on it.
