Chris Brown Defends Kanye West Flipping On Paparazzi Outside Of His House

As you may have already heard, anti-paparazzi frontman K...otographer who was attempting to pump Ye for information while snapping pics outside of his home as he loaded his car to head to the airport with girlfriend Kim Kardashian at 4 AM.

In light of the incident, media punching bag Chris Brown took to his Twitter to indirectly take up for Kanye and give his generalized 2 cents on the issue as someone who can relate to ruthless paparazzi rhetoric:

Ironically, Kanye was on his way to ... for Paris when the latest lash out took place, as his camp has advised him to steer clear of LAX airport. Why? To avoid any further run-ins with hounding paparazzi. SMH.

We have to side with Breezy and Ye on this one. Although paparazzi stalking does come with the territory of being a celebrity, it WAS pretty out-of-pocket for the guy to be questioning him at 4 AM and trying to walk into his garage. Do you agree with Breezy

People have short memories about this kind of stuff and seem to be forgetting that Kanye has done this before, repeatedly. He's made some... questionable choices in the last few years. I had a few people who said they saw Kanye on The College Dropout tour and that he was very humble at the moment.

Kanye has no filter and has said and done things that break social protocol but he has also been one of the most honest and forthcoming artists around. Kanye is no more full of himself than Justin Timberlake, Adam Levine or Robin Thicke or any other pop star for that matter. The difference is they tend to play the media game while Kanye doesn't as much. Its hard not to be a little full of yourself when everybody is always talking about you. A certain little purple guy used to be the same way at one point.

And if you take away the media. the money, the race card and the public platform all you're left with is a dude with bad manners who is convinced his every thought deserves a public airing.

I was just listening to some of Kanyes old albums and Kanye really is talented. (He is not one of my most favorite rappers but he is talented and very artistic when he wants to be) I almost forgot just how talented he actually was... Its quite sad the way things turned out for him. He is now laughed and considered a joke. He gets more attention for his antics than for his music. He is like a media star but for the wrong reasons. Im not sure why he hooked up with Jay Z for "watch the throne"... that really messed up his credibility artistically. I just really hope he gets the help he needs...

Aw come on, watch the throne rocks!!! I love the fact his albums are different from one another in style and not everyone has to like each one to be a fan. I'm like that with Prince and still call myself a fan. I also agree that his early work was amazing though I still love what he puts out I know kanye sounded mad but I found out that jimmy instigated it after he did an interview and sensationalized that. You completely lost me there. Kanye's entire career changed because of Jay. He was a barely known until he started working with Jay and his crew of associated artists. I'm pretty sure the "why" you're looking for has to do with friendship and loyalty. And for the record, most people thought that record was pretty damn good.

Only difference is Kanye spends a good amount of time praising himself and flipping out when he's not being praised by others. It's not a genuine compliment if you have to beg for it.

Semantics. Egomania is still a negative quality to have, regardless of the cause. Why can't we just critique their music and not their personalities? After all, who are we to judge another person ethically? some of the best musicians in history have espoused some of the worst opinions and reflected some of the worst characters I can think of. James Brown was a wife beater, Hendrix a drug addict, Wagner an anti-semite, Womack damn near a killer, etc etc. People are People. They have both good and bad qualities.

I can't believe I wasted so much time reading all these bullshit comments about Kanye. Yeah he seems like a dirtbag in the media. But this dude is talented. He's been laughed at ever since before his first album, and has proven everybody wrong every time with multi platinum selling records and being the voice of our generation, as he so arrogantly puts it himself. It's arrogant yes, but it's more or less the truth. His influence for the last ten years of music is extreme to say atleast. His weakness is that he speaks before he gets time to filtrate and choose the right words, rethorically making him sound alot more agressive and emotionally connected to what he says. And if what he says is offending and sounds emotionally real at the same time, we create a caricature of his personality by adding qualities to the character that is not proven to exist. It only exists in our mind because of our overall judgement based on how the media is portraying him. The same could be said about Prince. We hear all these stories about him being an asshole against everyone. How come Prince have no history of attacking people through media? Atleast there's not much of it. We love creating our own facts. And because Kanye is opening his mouth more than Prince, we find it even easier judging him.

I'm not quick to defend KW, but I go back to where he kept performing right after his mother died, and I don't think that can possibly be a healthy way to grieve. I doubt he's ever recovered (not that he was not already a jackass before that happened).

I also just think it's all part of his public image. I don't know that he's really as big of a jackass as he appears. Now, why he'd want to have that as his image is a mystery to me...
