You just messed me up for the day
I still find it hard to listen to her, Teena and Phyllis...there are days when their voices really uplift me and then there are times like listening to this that makes the reality of their untimely deaths unbearable.
That was simply Whitney pure and timeless.

I know, it's tough for some people. But I actually smiled hearing this. Whitney was at her top then and the way she turned the song around. I prefer this over Hudson's and Holliday's easily (they did a little too much for me).
Like someone said here about Whitney (God I forgot the Whitney's fan's name that used to come here), she was a great live performer.
But yeah very pure and timeless. She's at a better place now. RIP |
