I saw him last year and have to say I thoroughly enjoyed myself to the point that I would see him again. He did a couple of covers and the band was pretty tight too. Looks like he's touring slightly larger venues now thanks to Blurred Lines success. I prefer more intimate settings but either way should be a good show. Been gone for a minute, now I'm back with the jump off

I'll be at the Austin date for sure. I find it interesting how his camp didn't make this as an arena show but I feel like if they did it would be more of a package tour rather than a profitable solo effort for Robin.

A good idea would have been...waiting until Pharrell finishes his solo album, and these two guys could tour together.Maybe that's something they could still do next summer.

Robin Thicke announced a nationwide tour on Friday, a trip that will see the "Blurred Lines" singer starting in Atlanta and ending up in San Franscisco.
Jessie J and DJ Cassidy will be the supporting acts. Cassidy, who just finished traveling with Jay Z and Justin Timberlake on the Legends of the Summer Tour, was also the house DJ for the MTV Video Music Awards.
As per the official press release, Thicke will be teaming up with Tickets-for-Charity and donate "some of the beast seats in the house to benefit St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and the National Resources Defense council." More info on that is available on Tickets-for-Charity's website.
Thicke is also currently promoting "Give It 2 U," his single with Kendrick Lamar. The track is off the album "Blurred Lines," the title track of which spent the majority of the summer on top of the Billboard Hot 100 chart.
