I love Britney, she's definitely my guilty pleasure and I will always root for her. She's one of those "child" starts that was never robotic like Justin Timberlake and Selena Gomez. She never apologized for the music she made or for the image she presented. I remember her always being so goofy and genuine and I missed that Britney.

I've seen a couple of interviews from the last few weeks and she's almost back to her old self and I am so happy for her! Her dancing has definitely improving. Sure is not back to the level of "I'm a slave for you," but I do think she can get there eventually.

After many rumors and much speculation, Britney Spears has officially confirmed that the title of her new single is "Work B***h," and has announced via Twitter that it'll make its radio debut September 16 at 6 p.m.

The single will go on sale at iTunes one minute after midnight, September 17. That same morning, Brit will make an appearance on ABC's Good Morning America for a big announcement. The countdown clock that was launched on her website last month will hit zero on that very day, and rumor has it that the announcement could concern her upcoming Las Vegas residency, which has never actually been confirmed.

"Work B***h" is rumored to contain a sample of "Supermodel (You Better Work)," a single by singer and drag queen RuPaul. Britney has been tweeting about spending three "EPIC" days filming the video for the song in some unnamed desert location.

Will.i.am Talks "Fine-Tuning" Britney's Album

October 10, 2013

Will.i.am is currently working on Britney Spears' still-untitled new album, which is due in December. The project has previously been described as Britney's most "personal" disc yet, and Will says that he, Britney and their team are working to make sure it turns out that way.

At the American Music Awards press conference in New York City on Thursday, Will was asked if the album really is "personal. "Right now, yeah," he told reporters, adding, "We're fine-tuning things, and people inside the circle feel that way. And translating that to where everyone feels that way is what we're working on now."

Will went on to explain, "You know, a mix [of a song] can change everything. A video, the next follow-up video to 'Work B***h," could change everything. So, listening to Britney's concerns about mixes and vocals and song structure is what we're doing now."

Her "most personal" album? Id have to disagree, based on the lyrical content of "Work Bitch". She's had better intimate songs in the past. "Everytime" comes to mind. Not that "Work Bitch" is even remotely emotional, In The Zone had its share of club hits too, but somehow I doubt this.

Britney and "most personal album" don't really mesh. It's not like she is an artist, a vocalist, a songwriter or a producer. How can she have a "most personal" album, when all she does is show up to the recording sessions and sings what's handed to her and then leaves? She contributes nothing to the productions and probably isn't even the main executive producer. All she's ever been is a product and a puppet. She doesn't grow or evolve; all she is now is a 30-something version of what she was back in 2000 and is permanently stuck in Madonna's 'Like a Virgin' stage. "Most personal", eh. If you say so.

Exactly. I think it just starts to become a joke after a while. Any artist, or person unrelated to music for that matter that doesnt evolve is stuck, and to me that defeats the whole purpose of this life, to keep moving forward. Even when an artist, for example, Marilyn Manson, or this generations Marilyn Manson, Lady Gaga, evolve artistically, the use of all the props, costumes and make up make me look at them as parodies of themselves. Britney Spears has evolved as a person with the addition of children. Shes a mother now, and that will take her life in a fascinating, new, different direction, but as far as staying in the industry and wanting to tone down and censor videos for the reason that she is a mom, get out.

Okay, so I waited until now to see the video and hear the song. I could have waited the rest of my life--wow, that was completely uninteresting.
