Cher "Alive again"

I bought her "Living proof" and "Believe" albums ages ago. With Cher's new album coming out very soon, I thought I would finally give "Living proof" a go, and 4 songs in, it's very strong.

I must be very late but Gaga had heard, or her co-writers must of heard "Song for the lonely" LOL. I think Cher nearly even says Gaga's song title in the lyrics LOL.

Anyway, I remember not liking the single "The music's no good without you" when it was released at the time, and now that already I have found 2 songs alot stronger than that one ("Alive again" and "song for the lonely"), I think the record company killed the album before it could ever get going with a bad choice of lead single (just like "you rock my world" anyone?)

What do you reckon? I actually don't mind "music's no good..." and it's an OK opener, but it's not half as strong as "Alive again". I also don't remember ever seeing the video to "Alive again" at the time either? I guess the momentum was killed by "music's no good..."?
