I know he doesn't fully count since he never had top 40 hits or anything.. but Yo-Yo Ma is pretty well known right? i mean he won a ton of grammies, was featured on the score for Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon as well as Master and Commanderwith Russell Crowe.

Pistols sounded like "Fuck off," wheras The Clash sounded like "Fuck Off, but here's why.."- Thedigitialgardener

In the UK it did but not in America sadly.

Strange. I didn't think the UK was that kind to her. U.S. gays and the art scene love Yoko.

They do but hardcore rock critics hate her lol

Mofos still wanna act like she is the reason bad for everything that hapened with The Beatles breakup and everything bad Lennon did was her fault :rol:

UK is harsh to certain artist... like how the UK and white rock critics hate on Phil Collins yet he is very well respected in the r&b, hip-hop crowd lol

He's more of a performance and soundtrack guy. It's not like I'm going to hear a Yo-Yo Ma song on the radio or see it among any popular records at a store

LoooooooooooooooooooVE Janice Marie Johnson's vocal on this track! It's so lazy and creamy and sounds like she's yawning while she's singin'. She should have gone a lot farther after A Taste of Honey. The original, tho, I wanna say I heard growing up on the radio, but I'm not sure. I would only have been about 6 or 7 years old. A Taste of Honey's I was 17 and remember it well (and still adore it!) smile

Hungry? Just look in the mirror and get fed up.

WAHHHHHHHH! I didn't hear it on the radio once confused wtf lol

I never heard it on the radio.. or in the clubs... how weird.

I also realized the Harlem Shake went to like number 2 and i only heard it like a few times on radio. But if it is a Rihanna single it will be overplayed everywhere lol
