BELL6983	Why do we....? Outside of an androgynous look. Why do we compare Prince to Michael Jackson when either have nothing in common. They're sound is so far apart.

I never understood the "comparison game".There has *always* been plenty of room for many great artists.No need to pit them against each other or act like it's a sporting event.It's not a contest smile

In the 70s,were people comparing Marvin Gaye to Stevie Wonder? Diana Ross to Donna Summer? Elton John to Billy Joel? It seems like,back then,there wasn't slot of battling between the fanbases of artists....at least not to the extent that there is in the Internet era.
