I was just going to post a thread about this sometime this weekend but never got around to it....I love love love this song!!! This is the type of vibe that Raheem sort of started out with and should get back to.

I've become a big fan of Boney James over the last couple of years. He would fit right in here on the org. He LOVES Stevie Wonder and has covered many of his songs. He also LOVES a lot of the modern r&b singers. Who would have thought that he would do a song with Raheem? I didn't see it coming, but I love this song.

I can get into Raheem when he's doing songs like this and Woman but

when he wants to try his hand at that other stuff i can't get with it.

@prettyman yes Boney does work with modern artists. I have his 2006 cd

Shine and he worked with Dwele on that one. He had one out a couple of years ago where he did a track with Letoya Luckett. I want to get this new cd although it only has 10 songs on it.

Exactly!! This is the cut!!

But, as far as his own music, he's becoming kinda like everyone else on the radio. I'm not sure if I will buy his new cd when it comes out, and I have all his albums.

Shine and the last one (the one with Letoya Luckett) is good also. I also liked the song he did with Jaheim. He tears this song up live.

I picked up Boney James new cd yesterday. It's nice and smooth to

listen to while ya ride.

I'm not sure if I will buy Raheem's new album either. I have all of his albums as well but the only ones I like are the first two. He had a free mixtape album that was available online probably over a year ago with Snoop. It was decent, but no where near the greatness of his first album.
