The bassline for this song kicks ass! If it wasn't hard to play, it sure as hell sounds like it.

waitin 20 hours 4 the first person 2 post on this It was 'Nard's partner Nile Rodgers who said it. But ALL Chic's basslines are hot. With a bass player like Bernard Edwards how could they not be? Ya know. This post not for the wimp contingent. All whiny wusses avert your eyes.

Just yesterday,I was listening to Chic's 1978 album 'C'est Chic'.Remember the ballad "At Last I Am Free"?
"At last I am free,I can hardly see in front of me I can hardly...see in front of me" That song moves me like you wouldn't believe.

waitin 20 hours 4 the first person 2 post on this You have direct t.v. dont you? Chic is the best rhythm producers of the period of the late 70's and early 80's. Even Queen was so impressed with Good Times that they copied it with Another One Bites The Dust ( they daid so themselves and u can just plain here it). Nile and Bernard were the shit. Plus they were dap as hell. Jimmy and Terry are def influenced by them musically and visually imo. "Climb in my fur."
