My friend's band opened up for them last summer during the Weezer tour. I saw them at the Verizon Center in Irvine Ca and hung out backstage with my friends. After Dashboard's set this dude last name Carabra or something passed right by me and hell, I towered over him and I'm only 5'6" and he locked himself in his trailer until eventually some giggling girl fans were allowed in. My roommate (friend in the band) told me that this dude required thirty minutes of quiet alone time before and thirty minutes alone after the band's set, a set that lasted all of twenty minutes...the rest of Dashboard (according to my friend) were all friendly and all but this dude never said a word to anybody not even to the guys from Weezer...

By the way, Dashboard Confessional's live performance sucked...or maybe Weezer's brilliant set pretty much out did them all, including my pal's band...
