The reunion project Bryce Wilson and Amel began working on in 2010 has yet to yield fruit. Maybe someday (soon) something will materialize.

Great groove with a soulful, ethereal vibe. Nice harmonies on the bridge and vamp. Good use of Sylvia Stripin's song "You Can't Turn Me Away."

I've always dug Amel... in theory. Her vibe, her look, what she attempts with her very clear talent -- it all very much appeals to me. For some reason, though, her projects usually leave me not altogether satisfied.

This latest joint is OK. Looking forward to hearing more.

hmmm ...As an aside, I'd love to hear what an Amel Larrieux-Little Dragon collab would sound like.
