Re. the abrupt ending to "Wasted Time"- the tape happened to run out, but when they played it back Meshell liked it that way. I was convinced when I first got 'Bitter' that my copy was flawed, but there you go. Meshell also plays and sings on Joe's 'Scar' album, which, like 'Bitter', was produced by Craig Street. It's well worth checking out, as is 'Trampoline'- he is one seriously underacknowledged (spelling?)musician/writer.
