"Midnight at the Oasis" one of Prince's favorites as a teen One of the many Prince books I have read said Prince could be heard in the halls of his high school playing "Midnight at the Oasis" on guitar in the music room. Wouldnt it be great if he played this live now? We hear him do "Sweet Thing" a lot but has he ever played Midnight live? ______________________________________________

That's where my mind went, too. We don’t mourn artists because we knew them. We mourn them because they helped us know ourselves. | |

Loved this one as a kid... "Music gives a soul to the universe, wings to the mind, flight to the imagination and life to everything." --Plato
