Mariah Carey had a wardrobe snafu this morning during the “Good Morning America”concert series when the back of her pink sequined Donatella Versace dress popped open.

“I love you Donatella, but it popped darling,” Carey said, laughing on stage after she finished singing her hit, “Always Be My Baby,” her first performance of the morning.

“Should we call this the Central Park saga?” the global superstar and best-selling female artist of all time joked with “GMA” anchor Lara Spencer on the stage in Central Park.

“What we’ll do is go to break, adjust, and when we come back we’ll talk to Mariah Carey about how gorgeous she looks,” Spencer replied.

After the commercial break, Carey emerged on stage in a brand new, stunning, long hot pink gown, a little more loosely-fit to ward off any future zipper problems.

Looking beautiful in the backup dress, Spencer asked Carey, “What’s your secret?”

“I’ve been trying to do the best I can to stay in shape,” said Carey. “But I need to catch my breath.”

“This is a crazy time to be coming out here singing at the crack of dawn,” Josh Elliot chimed in, thanking the Grammy-winner for putting on a fabulous show in Central Park.

Carey went on to complete the “GMA” concert series with the first-ever live performance of her new single, “#Beautiful,” featuring Miguel.

Mariah Carey Sings, Good Morning America Cleans Up Her Vocals—Watch Now!

Good Morning America's editors were extra busy today.

In addition to the wardrobe malfunction that resulted in a live S-bomb from Mariah Carey that was ultimately scrubbed out for viewers on the West Coast, technicians also later tweaked the high notes that the hitmaker struggled with during her duet with Miguel on "Beautiful."

Carey appears to be paying an unusual amount of attention to her earpiece during the part in question, so perhaps she was distracted by feedback or some other in-house issue.

Reps for ABC and GMA have not yet responded to requests for comment.

But you can't miss the difference between the two feeds: The live East Coast performance is, to quote Carey pal Randy Jackson, "pitchy," while the West Coast version is pitch-perfect.

Love Mimi and the song Beautiful with Miguel is nice too

Yeah she did sound a little off, but heck It's morning and at least she didn't lipsych?! She looked great, although a little manic during the mishap.

I LOVED the wardrobe mishap Mariah was pretty funny. I was very disappointed in her performance of "#Beautiful", as she did sound very off. I realize singers are entitled to a day off here and there. It was just weird because in all the performances I've heard of Mariah in over 20 years, if she's off, it's usually the big notes she has trouble with-but yesterday it was the high notes I guess I'm so used to her doing those high notes effortlessly I was really shocked. I'm not surprised she wanted to edit it for the west coast version because the live east coast version was a mess. I'm still liking the song though and LOL at her sitting in the big white chair while Miguel had to move around.
