This album is classic!! I had done a remix of this track, complete with a man's response to where he has been those, seven whole days'. I have yet to release it though.

Great song, great album. I prefer the live single version to the album cut.

Her first album is her best work.I don't know what happened, but she never made an album as wonderful as the first one.

The whole Toni Braxton Album is polished beyond belief. Face put his Foot in those songs and Toni turn them into Radio success. Toni gets my Pick for having some of the Best Videos of all time...No CRAZy stuff in her Vids, the Directors Get A's for focusing on her Beauty & that Body that can stop a Train. She's a Capable & Confident Singer & Performer. Whenever it was time to be "Toni Braxton" the Star she could turn it on and you believe her when you Hear her and you know she's Confident just by looking at them Damn Sexy ass Dresses....

Good album. And definitely one of her best -- if not her very best -- song. That droning keyboard line is sooo luxurious. music

Secrets has higher peaks and lower valleys. But her self-titled debut is an end-to-end burner.

btw for those who didn't know, the 4 background singers both on the track and in this video are her sisters. The Braxton girls really blend together quite well.

One thing I really like about this album...it starts off with three(!) songs about heartbreak. It's like Face and LA didn't wanna waste any time. They went straight to the drama! lol and Toni's pleading voice is perfect for those type of songs. The one-two punch of "Another Sad Love Song" and "Breathe Again" is particularly effective.

I'm probably in the minority but I thought this was one of the weakest songs on the album. No to say it's a bad song but just one the weakest tracks compared to the rest. It's still a good song IMO..

I loved that "Love Affair" song though. woooooo!

Gotta agree. It's by far her best work.

I also love love love this song.

"When Michael Jackson is just singing and dancing, you just think this is an astonishing talent. And he has had this astounding talent all his life, but we want him to be floored as well. We really don´t like the idea that he could have it all."

I would rate it slightly higher because of the albums mid tempo tracks.
