surprised that the song was not a single.
this is a situation, when the title track is great and deserves to be a single (well, a little shorter version, of course wink )

Not easy, because you have to be really into an artist for this to make any sense.(I don't have any Scorpion LPs). But I know there's a few Bob Dylan fans here, so I'll give it a go. The first one is in honor of the OP:
Lily, Rosemary & The Jack of Hearts
Desolation Row
Working Man's Blues # 2
Boots of Spanish Leather
Visions of Johanna

No singles... good topic.. Hmm..

I'll start with Bowie since i've been completely immersed with him lately.

The Bewlay Brothers

Scream Like a Baby

How Does the Grass Grow

Lady Grinning Soul

Always Crashing in the Same Car

All the Madmen

OK i picked 6 wink Definitely tend to go for the darker stuff. Maybe that's why I love the new album so much.

And what the hell...

Eurythmics.

Jennifer

Conditioned Soul

Wide-Eyed Girl

No Fear, No Hate, No Pain (No Broken Hearts)

For the Love of Big Brother

There was a single edit prepared for "Station to Station". Not sure where (if anywhere) it was officially relased, though. May have been only for promotional use. But it was included on the Single Edits disc of the "Station to Station" reissue box set that came out a couple years ago.

I don't know which songs Oasis released as singles outside the UK, so I've simply excluded those on Time Flies (which collects all their UK singles):

Champange Supernova

Gas Panic!

Hello

The Masterplan

Supersonic Slide Away

As for The Beatles, I've just excluded there UK singles coz I don't know their US ones (I think they have more US than UK singles:

  • I Am The Walrus
  • I Saw Her Standing There
  • Drive My Car
  • In My Life
  • While My Guitar Gently Weeps

Same story with The Rolling Stones:

  • Under My Thumb
  • Sway
  • All Down The Line
  • Gimme Shelter
  • Loving Cup

It's really difficult to pick 5 favorite songs, but I will try for participation's sake. I will just share the 5 that come to mind as I browse the song list this morning. On a different day, this list could be different. In alpha order, they are as follows:

  1. Adonai
  2. Breath Of Heaven
  3. Fame (The Game)
  4. Love Is The Healer
  5. Ordinary Miracle

Love and miss that amazing, versatile voice of Donna Summer! Sorry, had to include two single releases:)
