Jennifer Lopez has inked a deal with RedOne’s 2101 Records for her 8th studio album, the label announced Wednesday.

Ahead of the album, which RedOne will again executive-produce, Lopez premiered her new single, “Live It Up” early Wednesday.

Produced by RedOne, Lopez once again teams with Pitbull, who lent himself to "On the Floor" and last year's "Dance Again" for the club-ready anthem.

“Live It Up” is the typical Euro-pop jam that RedOne probably weaves in his sleep with heavy synths, a shouty chorus, and a fist-pumping breakdown that sounds perfect for summer, (or not).

This is such a lazy,predictable track.J-Lo doesn't even try anymore.

Horrible each song she has done with Pitbull has been progressively worse. "On The Floor" was the only tolerable song she's done in the last few years.

I just knew she was going to come back with something rugged a la Jenny From The Block. I suppose if it ain't broke...

RedOne's production work is in danger of becoming passé. The sameness of his "sound" could bring stylistic fatigue.

Already passe if you ask me, simply because it sounds too much like "On The Floor" or exactly like other hits from 3 years ago.

She's in the same league as Will Smith, Nick Cannon and Brian Austin Green....they should be banned from a recording studio and just stick to acting or hosting variety shows.

Her performance on Idol was wretched.

My entire focus was on the bevy of smokin' hot dancers sharing the stage with her. The song is a dreadful mess.
