Finally. I was afraid he wasn't coming back at one point as his website hadn't been updated for over a year when I last checked. [Edited 4/7/13 12:45pm]

Yeh the last Har Mar album ('Dark Touches') was a bit weak, and I think widely ignored. This sounds more like the har mar sound from the first 3 albums.
To be honest I think he was trying to retire Har Mar and pickup with his own band Sean na na. Hence the difference in sound on the last album.
I really like this track, sounds like it could have come straight out of a tarantino flick. I'm surprised I've not heard more about it only found out about this song when on a whim I checked his twitter feed.
@Unique, first time I saw him was on some late night channel 4 show. Fat balding bloke wearing a pink thong dancing with 2 fit as blonde birds, while singing (and singing well) a catchy song. I became an instant fan. Plus he just seems like a sound bloke.

i can't remember when i first saw har mar but it may have been on c4 or maybe online, but i think it was around 2004 when i saw him front row in the middle at a small club gig, where he stripped to his pants and snogged most of the girls near the front and we shared a joint. it was a pretty fucking awesome night

His new album ("Bye Bye 17") came out on Tuesday and I really love it. Much more soul-influenced than his previous releases (think old Sam Cooke) and man, this man can SANG.
Highly recommend this one.
Interestingly, although I didn't much like his last record ("Dark Touches") when it came out, I'm now listening to it obsessively. No confusion, no tears. No enemies, no fear. No sorrow, no pain. No ball, no chain.
