One of my favorites on her debut album smile never see this song get much love her! i love the lyrics and flow of the entire song.

I hate that she always makes a point to disassociate herself from that album. I get that she always embraces change, and I love that, but you get the feeling that she's indifferent to that whole era now.

i don't really get that either. there's absolutely nothing to be ashamed of on that album.

it stood the test of time perfectly well and it's a great project.

appletree is one of my choice cuts for any kind of playlist i make, be it for driving or a

mix to play around the house. and that's even after what, 15 years (?) of listening to it.

Well, she just played 5 or 6 gigs last month playing Baduizm in it's entirety as part of her birthday celebration gigs. wink
