You got Bootsy but Billy Bass Nelson, Rodney Skeet Curtis and Jeff Cherokee Bunn are serious Funkadelic bass blasters too.

I've said it once and I'll say it a thousand times. Peter Hook is the baddest bass player. But he's not exactly funky per se.

Me! I do! I have superhuman bass powers...actually, because i'm an alien, etc...my bass playing is otherworldly, you might say....eh hehehehheh.

I have really long, strong fingers for fucking loud slap, man. And it looks really cool on stage when my index finger starts glowing. The chicks go wild!

But mostly i'm just a maniac on the groove with syncopated tandem bass and kick drum variations.
