Philly Re-Grooved Volume 3: more remixes from Tom Moulton

PHILLY RE-GROOVED 3: MORE FROM THE MASTER: THE TOM MOULTON REMIXES - RELEASED 06/05/2013

Following the success of Philly Re-Grooved Volumes 1 &
2 and especially “Philadelphia International Classics: The
Tom Moulton Remixes” on CD, Digital and Vinyl, we knew
we had to do something really special with the 3rd volume
of Philly Re-Grooved. And we have!

“Philly Re-Grooved 3 – More From The Master” has now
expanded its remit considerably by licensing remix rights
from such prestigious labels as Atlantic, Atco, Buddah,
Chelsea, Columbia, Roxbury and Defected to name a few.

No less than 19 incredible Tom Moulton remixes have
been done on such legendary Philadelphia recorded acts
like The Spinners, New York City, Sons Of Robin Stone,
Blue Magic, the Philly Devotions, Melba Moore, Bettye
Swann, the Modulations, William DeVaughn, the Ebonys,
Loose Change, Vicki Sue Robinson, David Morris Jr and
the Trammps, many of these also being huge international
hits when first released.

This will be a double CD housed in a luxury double digipack
with a 24 page booklet which includes an intro from
Ian Dewhirst, sleeve notes from Derek Anderson,
annotations from Reid Whitelaw and numerous scans and
original photos.
