Hip-Hop Classic of the Day: Gang Starr featuring Nice & Smooth - DWYCK [1992] One of my all-time favorites. I always found it cool and funny that they never ever said what the acronym means in the song. (It means "Do What You Can Kid" for the record.) If I were to make a mixtape of the 10 best songs by each the artists involved (including Premier as a producer), this joint would be on all of them.

Has definitely stood the test of time!
I have a single with the instrumental (including scratches) on it, but I love the raps.
I agree this would belong on a Nice & Smooth best of, or best of Guru, best of Gang Starr, best of Premier mix.

I love that instrumental, but the raps are all hot. Everything about this jam is first rate. "Whitney was purely and simply one of a kind." ~ Clive Davis
