My review of the Stones' LA show My review:
http://thelosangelesbeat....es-center/
Folks I would suggest that while tickets ARE way too expensive, if you can get in for the $85 deal I mention in the review, I have to reommend it. Go to their website & register to get an email when it happens, and keep an eye out on the day before & day of the show in your town. it wasn't easy but I finally got a pair at noon the day of the show after randomly refreshing a million times. They were REEEEALLLLY good.
Here's the set list from setlist.fm:

I wonder if Keith Richards had the cigarette dangling from his mouth. Don't laugh at my funk
This funk is a serious joint

Oh yes!
They were great. They get a lot of shit this year for charging so damn much. But the $85 deal is worth taking if you can get it. You can sign up on rollingstones.com to get notified if they are doing it in your town.

I'll never forget I actually got into the wrap party for the Voodoo Lounge tour at The Warfield in SF back in 1994. I got to meet all of them & swap movie reveiws with Richards & Wood. Even got my blue jean jacket signed by them because I knew no one would believe my story. At one point Richards & Wood even got on stage along with their background singers & did the Allman Bros. "Whipping Post" among others. I remember Ron Wood was playing the drums while Richards kept trying to burn him with his cigarette. Once in a lifetime experience. [Edited 5/6/13 15:03pm]

If they're still holding to this, they must be purchased in pairs.

I just find it funny and I'm not directing this at you so don't take it the wrong way but it seems when you see a ticket purchase and you see the price, people moan but when that person's or people are near them, you know their favorite act, they will risk their own life savings almost to purchase a ticket and then more money for gas to get to the venue, then when it's over, some almost can't pay their bills.

I love the Stones, but - for me - it's a boring setlist. But, they gotta play for the masses; I know that.
