This song got played out for me. It's still an instant change if it comes on the local station that plays that kind of music (and it does, pretty often still). I would much rather listen to Dreams or Linger another few thousand times before listening to Zombie again. lol Cerebus did enjoy listening to a full Cranberries album now and again back in the day, though. I always liked that Dolores didn't try to sing like she wasn't Irish.

nod One of my all-time favorites. Like, beyond discussion, if that makes sense. lol I exchanged emails with the bass player in the recent past and there was still no sign of activity. Although it's never been made official, it's very likely they won't ever release more music as The Sundays. Harriet evidently has a job and is very involved with their children's schooling.

Edit: But they aren't Irish. lol

Yeah, give me reading, writing & arithmetic any day...not that it absolutely has to be one or the other, but for whatever reason the cranberries almost always push my dislike buttons while the sundays make me swoon.

Love that song as much as I loved it 20 years ago. That song never gets old.

This song is a perennial favorite for me.

music

I am completely worn out on "Linger" and "Dreams" so I'd much rather listen to "Zombie" a few dozen times more.
