Hard to believe a few of those (Strokes, Deathcab & Zwan) barely make "10 year" cut, being 2003 albums. I've seen the future, and boy it's rough...

Interesting that there are two votes for the Speakerboxx album only without The Love Below. I always thought orgers preferred the latter because it was more Princely.
Edit: I now see a separate vote for The Love Below so I take that back. [Edited 3/25/13 9:57am]

Is that the US version? That's the one I have. You can take a black guy to Nashville from right out of the cotton fields with bib overalls, and they will call him R&B. The U.S. version is the one I was thinking of (The U.K. album came out in 2006), but I have and really like both. They were mixed differently with the U.K. release sounding a bit rougher and garage-y. The songs on the U.S. release sound slightly more polished to me.

I've never heard the UK version and didn't know the mixes were different, just that the US version had extra songs that were not on the other one. The record store I bought it at sold both versions. The album covers were slightly different from what I remember. The only reason I heard of The Pipettes was because the record store had listening stations for some new releases and I thought the cover picture was interesting, so I listened to part of the songs.
