Michael Jackson has been posthumously accused of molesting a now-famous choreographer who spent lots of time with the singer at the Neverland Ranch ... TMZ has learned.

TMZ has obtained legal docs ... filed by Wade Robson ... in which he's asking for money from the Michael Jackson Estate for childhood sexual abuse.

Robson -- now 30 years old -- has worked with top names in pop music including Britney Spears, *NSYNC, Usher and P!nk. He has also appeared on "So You Think You Can Dance."

Wade met Michael when he was 5 years old and they developed a friendship that lasted for years. By the time Wade was 7, he went for sleepovers at Neverland and MJ's homes in L.A. and Vegas. The sleepovers continued until Wade was 14.

Wade even performed to a Michael Jackson song on "Star Search" when he was 8-years-old.

In 2005, Wade testified in MJ's molestation trial and DENIED Michael ever molested him.

Wade's lawyer filed legal docs May 1 asking the judge in the Michael Jackson Estate case to allow him to file a late creditor's claim against the Estate. In the documents, Wade's lawyer says he submitted a never-before filed complaint "for childhood sexual abuse."

Wade's lawyer has filed the actual complaint under seal -- which means it's not available to the public. Sources tell TMZ ... the complaint specifically outlines the alleged abuse at the hands of Michael Jackson.

Wade's lawyer also mentions a psychiatrist who treated Wade -- the doctor is a leader in the field of child psychology.

Interestingly ... in the 2005 molestation trial, Jackson's former housekeeper, Blanca Francia, testified she witnessed Jackson in the shower with Wade when the boy was 8 or 9 years old
.

Wade is such a disgusting characther and this is old news. This is going to sound very controversial of me to say, but I believe some of the boys who were around MJ were in love with him (teens start getting feelings at the age of 12-14) and when he would not return their phone calls and just move on to some other person or friend, they would get extremly jealous. Look at Omer Bhatti and other "boys", who spent much time with MJ and never accused him because the level of admiration wasn't of being in love/crushing on him but rather in awe of his dancing skills and talent. It's also ironic that none of the girls who spent time with MJ ever accused him of anything and of course this is a plan by the media trying to portray Michael as a homosexual pedophile, which isn't true because he was a straight man. (Had MJ been gay, it still wouldn't make him a pedo). The media should respect MJ and his young children. Enough with this bullshit... neutral neutral

Haha, well I don't know about 'in love', but it is interesting that many of these people who were once in Michael's world end up turning against him. I think they get used to his lifestyle, his never say no attitude, his catering to their every need... so when he suddenly distances himself they turn sour.

I don't even know if Wade Robson was as close to Michael as people think. Sure they knew each other, but real personal friends? It would benifit Wade to have Michael as a mentor (career wise). But best buddies? Hmm.

Needing a lump sum to help them get through the memories of being molested seems to be a priority for the accusers of Michael Jackson.

AEG holds a dirty game is obvious.

public (including jurors) will soon be indifferent to how MJ died and who is to blame for his death ..... topic of pedophilia outshine all the rest.

Robson last publicly prayed on Jackson a couple of years ago, and now he calls him a "monster." even if it were true (hypothetically), what a guy wanted it to become public? how he will continue to build his career and life?

probably, Robson has a big problems, giant debts and perhaps someone is blackmailing him ....

What an asshole. confused

"I used to talk to Michael for three hours a day. I never really worked out how he came to find so much time because he seemed so busy, but he would ring me and we would talk and talk and talk. When he got a cell phone he would call and text all the time.It was part of an amazing friendship that lasted for 20 years.
I had firdt met Michael when he was kicking off his bad tour in 1987. I was five, but Michaels company were holding a dance competition in every country and i entered the one in brisbane. I remember being a kid and dancing to his video- the first iever say was "Thriller" when i was two. It was my mum's tape and i just went nuts over it. I used to run into the kitchen scared everytime the wereworlf came on. By the time i was three i had pretty much learned its entire choreoghraphy.
I ended up winning the dance competition. We went to see Michael in brisbane and at a meet and greet i was introduced to him. I remember wearing a custome made outfit from "Bad"- my mum's belt was wrapped around me, like five times. Michael was impresssed and asked me if I had danced. I told him that I did and he said " Do you want to perform with me in the show tomorrow night?"
I couldn't believe it. He was due to play brisbane the next night. His idea was for me to come out for the last song of the show which was "Bad". He was bringing on some orphaned children so he figured it would be cool to bring me out in the full "Bad" outfit. At the end of the song we were all onstage- Stevie Wonder was there too and Michael came on and said "Come on". | took it as him meaning "Get into it!".I moved downstage and threw my hat into the crowd and started going crazy. When i turned around Michael was saying goodbye to the crowd, the other kids were gone and Stevie Wonder was being escorted off. What he meant was "Come on lets go, It's over".
When I realised, I ran off. After my mum and I spent two hours with Michael into his hotel and we became friends. He showed us clips from the new Moonwalker he was working on and we talked and talked. We didn't really stay in contact but i joined a dance company- literally the next day and two years later i was in America to play at Disneyland. I got in touch with Michael through his people, he remembered me. Me and my family went to Record one studio where he was mixing the dangerous album.I showed him some of my dance videos and he said to me. "Do you and your family want to come to Neverland tonight"? We all agreed and ended up staying for two weeks.
Our friendship blossomed. For two weeks he'd take me into his dance studio, put some music on and we'd dance and jam for hours. We'd sit there and watch films like Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.Other time we'd just leave Neverland and drive out in a car, blasting music really loud.
He even taught me how to do the moonwalk. We were in his dance studip. He taught me foot by foot. I couldn't sleep that whole night. The thrill of pushing off the bar and sliding backwards in a moonwalk with the guy that made it famous was so exciting.
Later, me and my mym wanted to move to America to pursue my dreams of becoming a dancer and he helped us out. He gave me a big start by putting me in some of his videos like "Black or White". The role he took on was one of a mentor. He told when I was seven that I'd be a film director and thats what I became, he created a thirst for knowledge in me.Once, a mini recording studio turned up on my doorstep, but what was cool was that he stopped me from becoming a spoiled brat. He would say "This is for you, but I want to see you do something with it. Dont take it for granted or I''ll take it back". The last time I saw him was in July 2008. I was in Vegas working on a show and he was living there.Me, my wife and him and his three kids had a barbecue. It was the most normal thing in the world. Me and my wife had been to Whole foods and bought stuff to cook. But when we got there he'd provided loads of catering. I said "Dude, Why did you bring loads of catering? We've got regular food here".I remember cooking outside while Michael sat there under an umbrella.
We had great times because he was such a caring person. Most of all I'll miss those phone conversations. I still have my mobile phone with his number on it. I just cant bear the thoughts of deleting his messages.
Hope you all enjoy reading as much as I did"

Yeah. That has me wondering too. Also the timing... for AEG it's a welcome smokescreen for the trial.

And as for Robson. He's a disgusting pig. I hop AEGs payoff is high enough, because that guy is done. And the fact that he works in the industry, works with the same people who knew and admired Michael and/or worked with him won't help him either.

Obviously they want to paint MJ as wacky and dislikable as possible so that the jury will more likely to be convinced he was nutty enough to have caused his own death and even better, once the jury lose all their respect for Michael as a human being and sympathy for his death there's no way Katherine has any chance to win this thing. Isn't that why the AEG lawyer made statements like This is the man that was known to buy elephant man's bones, etc. etc.

But just wait...I'm also sure whether Katherine wins or loses AEG will have their vengeance and they will target the entire family including Janet and the kids whether by blackballing them from the industry best way they can or who knows.

According to a new TMZ article he recalled the abuse after a nervous breakdown in 2011. I read on another site that there's a video of Wade praising MJ as late as 2012. His mother also supposedly worked with Jermaine on his book.

Michael Jackson days before death: 'God keeps talking to me'

By Alan Duke, CNN May 9, 2013 -- Updated 0213 GMT (1013 HKT)

Los Angeles (CNN) -- Michael Jackson told his tour director days before he died he was hearing God's voice, a producer testified Wednesday.

"God keeps talking to me,"Jackson said.

Those words spoken to Kenny Ortega and Jackson's frail appearance were so disturbing that it caused Ortega and associate producer Alif Sankey to burst into tears at a rehearsal, Sankey said Wednesday in a wrongful death lawsuit filed by Jackson's mother and three children.

Jackson, who was being fitted for his costumes, appeared "extremely thin" and "was not speaking normally" at the June 19, 2009, rehearsal, Sankey told jurors in a trial to determine if concert promoter AEG Live should be held liable in the pop icon's death.

Jurors saw a photo of Jackson at the costume fitting that showed an obviously thin and gaunt man.

Sankey testified that she and Ortega cried together after Jackson left. On her way home, Sankey stopped her car to call Ortega "because I had a very strong feeling that Michael was dying."

"I was screaming into the phone at that point," Sankey testified. "I said he needs to be put in the hospital now."

Sankey became emotional as she testified about the call.

"I kept saying that 'Michael is dying, he's dying, he's leaving us, he needs to be put in a hospital,'" Sankey said. "'Please do something. Please, please.' I kept saying that. I asked him why no one had seen what I had seen. He said he didn't know."

Ortega sent a series of e-mails early the next morning that resulted in a meeting at Jackson's house between Jackson, Dr. Conrad Murray, AEG Live President Randy Phillips and Ortega.

An e-mail from Phillips after that meeting said he had confidence in Murray, "who I am gaining immense respect for as I get to deal with him more."

"This doctor is extremely successful (we check everyone out) and does not need this gig, so he (is) totally unbiased and ethical," Phillips' e-mail said.

The lawsuit contends that Phillips and AEG never checked Murray out. Otherwise, they would have known he was deeply in debt and vulnerable to breaking the rules in treating Jackson to keep his job, it argues.

Jackson lawyers contend that AEG Live is liable for Jackson's death because the company negligently hired, retained or supervised Murray -- who was convicted of involuntary manslaughter in Jackson's death.

Jackson's last rehearsal was at the Staples Center in downtown Los Angeles on June 24, 2009. Security camera video shown to the jury Wednesday showed him walking with a blanket wrapped around him as he passed Sankey.

"He didn't look good," she testified. "I asked him if he was cold, and he said 'Yes.'"

Jackson sang two songs that last night on stage: "Thriller" and "Earth Song," she said.

"He did it," Sankey said. "He went through it. He wasn't in full performance mode."

Sankey said she was standing next to Ortega at a rehearsal the next afternoon when Randy Phillips called to tell him Jackson was dead.

"Kenny collapsed in our arms," she said.

The lawsuit contends that AEG Live executives missed a series of red flags warning them that Jackson's life was at risk because of Murray, who was giving him nightly infusions of the surgical anesthetic propofol to treat his insomnia.

The coroner ruled Jackson had died from an overdose of propofol in combination with several sedatives on June 25, 2009.

Murray told investigators he used the drugs to help Jackson sleep so he could be rested for rehearsals.

AEG lawyers argue Jackson, not their company, chose and supervised Murray, and that their executives had no way of knowing what the doctor was doing to Jackson in the privacy of his bedroom.

Michael's creativity

In contrast to six days of testimony mostly about Jackson's death, jurors did hear about the pop icon's creativity during Sankey's testimony

"Michael's imagination was endless," Sankey said. "He would visualize it, and it happened. It was amazing."

Katherine Jackson dabbed tears from her eyes as her son's "Smooth Criminal" video was played in court.

Sankey first met Michael Jackson when she was a dancer in the 1987 video production.

"We got to see Michael's imagination come to life," Sankey said. "That was my first time as a dancer, as an artist, that I was completely inspired by his craft and inspired by his attention to every detail. He was so detailed and he never missed a thing."

Working with Jackson was "magical," she said.

"I dream still to this day that I will be able to create on that level of magic that Michael created," Sankey said. "It was like living a dream of working with an artist like that, and I will treasure it and have it in my memory forever."

Sankey's work as an associate producer and dancer for Jackson's "This Is It" tour put her on the witness list in this trial.

"He shared with me that he was excited to do the show," she said. "He was excited to show his kids, finally to show them who he was, what he was all about; he was very excited about that."

Jurors heard about Jackson's relationship with his three children and their love of their father. Sankey described how they would come with their father to the set each day in early June when he was filming video elements for the show.

"Paris had a purse, and inside her purse, she had all this candy in her purse she didn't want her daddy to know about," Sankey said. "She had these little pictures of her father in her purse that were in frames. She had, like, a lot of them. Her purse was full of candy and pictures of her daddy."

"They loved their daddy," she said.

The "This Is It" concert would have been "a pretty big show," Sankey told jurors.

"It was going to be huge and it was going to be innovative, different," she testified. "From working with Michael in my past, I knew it had to be something that no one's ever seen. It all had to be new and pioneering."

The next witness when court resumes Thursday morning will be Michael Jackson's longtime hair and make up artist, Karen Faye. She was quoted in interviews after Jackson's death saying that the pop star was in ill health weeks before he died.

Spectators in the small Los Angeles courtroom Wednesday morning included Judge Lance Ito, famous for presiding over the O.J. Simpson murder trial in 1995. Ito was there to watch his friend, Judge Yvette Palazuelos, preside over this trial and then go to lunch with her.

Agree... I am done with all of them (all 8 of them and both the parentsAND the outside leeches) the two John's really should have sued and released a stronger statement against Wade's claim because he swore under oath twice and is not credible. Fans think AEG had something to do with this but I dont....AEG did not hold Wade at gun point forcing him to file a creditors claim. Wade simply was not Michaels friend to begin with and his broke ass just wants money. Michael did not have "real friends" so this is not that shocking to me.

A good comment from a fan regarding Wade's claim of a breakdown due to repressed memories:

See I won't call Wade a liar, I simply posted a few links on comments page 3 or 4 that show his "actions" aren't consistent, not even a little bit. How was he losing it and filling up with anxiety against Michael in 2010, and then had an enormous breakdown in March of 2011......BUT he is found to be praising and thanking Michael for what he did for him and wants to give back by doing Cirque according to the interview July 30th 2011. Then in July of 2012 he sat down and gave ANOTHER interview testifying to Michaels greatness and inspiration in his life. All I'm saying is 1+1 equals 2, but Wade trying to make it equal 3 seeing as there's a hidden variable as to how these actual words out his mouth coincide with his claim that he had a breakdown and is now calling him a monster. I wonder if the cirque thing fell through and he wants payback, I'm just saying; I'm confused by this all.

This video is listed as December 26, 20212. I'm guessing it was filmed earlier that month.

TMZ is now claiming the memories came back in March 2012 but there are still videos after that date.

ETA: Nevermind it was said that this video was posted later but the event happened in February. There is still a masterclass video where he talks about Michael in July 2012.

Huh, that's interesting. When they first posted the story their "sources" said that his anxiety had been building since 2010 and it boiled over into a full blown nervous breakdown in March 2011. Now the dates of his breakdown has changed. Sloppy reporting by TMZ or is Wade's camp trying to change the details of their lies to make it seem more credible?

So can we talk some MJ music? Because this Wade mess and the AEG trial is just neutral neutral neutral!

Does anyone know if they'll release a new MJ album this year?

I finally heard the Water song that was released some months ago (leaked back in 2010) produced by the Cascios. I would want more information about the studio and the sessions from 2007, because quite frankly those songs don't sound nothing like MJ. Someone also sent me a song called Stay, but I couldn't find any information on it, only that there's a version of it recorded with Bryan Loren and the song I got sounds like James Porte, so it's probably fake.

Black Widow doesn't sound like MJ at all.

Water doesn't sound like MJ either.

People of the world instrumental is probably real but there's no vocals to it, but it was def produced by MJ.

I'm the looser snippet sounds promising but as far as I know it wasn't produced with the Cascios.

Here's Slapstick (early demo of Hot Street)

=/ Pretty much. It's just beyond absurd what this loser has been claiming. 7 years of being molested till he was 14, and even though it was unpleasant experience he kept going back to Neverland every weekend for all those years? And the scary threatening words Michael apparently used were "if the world finds out about us we will both go to jail." Forget the fact that he's been defending Michael for the last two decades the story alone makes no sense at all you'd have to be seriously uneducated to find anything he's saying credible. I think the only way the situation can possibly upset me more is if the estate actually pays this lowlife a dime which I'm sure they won't...Maybe I'm massively over-thinking this but do you think the best solution for the estate is to ignore him? I personally feel they should file a lawsuit against him for libel and slander and I feel like it could be a rightful case since he demanded money from the estate. They should make an argument that he damaged Michael's image as a whole with claims impossible to prove its legitimacy and how it affects the on-going trial of Katherine vs AEG, MJ related products sales and the estate's potential deals with companies like Sony which it WILL. I know it only sounds like another circus for them to deal with but I just wish since the articles out everywhere the estate could find a way to humiliate the loser even further if it's possible...

@ Golddolphin, I had to think about what you said for a bit and I don't think it's impossible some people make these ridiculous claims because they were driven by strong feelings they have for the man. While for some sad individuals money and 15 minutes of tabloid fame might have been good enough agenda, there's definitely a few that seem to have either been in love with MJ or had unhealthy obsession with Michael (I personally got that impression from Corey Feldman, that european guy who claims to be kids' biological father, and that guy who worked for A.Klein who briefly claimed he was Michael's lover and then took it back, etc...) They just badly want to convince the public either they had a physical relationship with MJ or were very important friends to him personally. Basically I can't help but to take these kinds of stories as fan fiction and the worst part is they want to share it with the whole world. It's sad and eerie and I don't mean to sound sexist but let's face it..it's far creepier when a grown man says he was Michael's lover then when a grown woman claims she's the mother of Blanket. Maybe because it's generally understood the whole groupie culture is more commonly found among women, idk.

Anyways back to Wade, I think it shows how desperately he wants money but it looks like he's also been obsessing over Michael for decades. It's like "I've defended the man when he was alive so maybe it's time my loyal fandom gets rewarded."

Michael Jackson Was Blindsided by Lisa Marie Presley’s Divorce Filing

Lisa Marie Presley played Michael Jackson like a "Smooth Criminal" when she blindsided the King of Pop with a divorce filing, after she convinced him to hold off from filing first.

That bombshell is the latest nugget to come to light in the Jackson family's wrongful death lawsuit with concert promoter AEG Live.

It was revealed Thursday by Karen Faye, Jackson's longtime hair and makeup artist. During Faye's testimony, the jurors we shown several photos of her with Jackson, including a shot taken in January 1996, the day after the King of Rock 'n' Roll's daughter filed for divorce from Jackson.

Faye testified that Jackson was upset after Presley blindsided him with a divorce filing, after she asked him not to file.

"She begged and begged, saying please don't file," Faye said, according to a CNN report. To appease his estranged wife, Jackson promised not to file. Yet "the next morning it was all over the press that she filed before him," Faye said.

Indeed, when news of the divorce first broke, a publicist for Jackson claimed he knew nothing about it.

In an effort to control the negative press, the Jackson camp issued a photo of him with Faye. It "was to give the press something to talk about" with Faye being "the mysterious blonde," she said.

Calls and emails to Lisa Marie's press representatives weren't immediately returned.

Jackson and Presley married in 1994, just 20 days after she divorced her first husband Danny Keough. The marriage, which brought together two generations of pop royalty, was such a big event that MTV opened the 1994 Video Music Awards with the couple onstage sharing a kiss. "Just think, nobody thought this would last," Jackson famously said, before kissing his then-bride.

Although they divorced in 1996, in a 2010 interview with Oprah Winfrey, Presley said that she and Jackson tried to reconcile for four years following their split and often traveled the world to be together.

If that's true, Lisa certainly can be a bitch, but what does it have to do with AEG or MJ¨s death is beyond me.

Nice remix:
