I'm sorry, but I'll pass. They sound terrible...

I remember En Vogue came to my city and the tickets were over $100, with just two original members. Interesting.

That's probably Cindy Herron & Terry Ellis. Maxine Jones is also an original member, who I thought was performing in a separate group with Dawn Robinson, who was the 4th member. I wonder what happened with that. As far as the multiple acts thing, there were 4 Temptations groups, the official one with Otis Williams, another with Dennis Edwards, and 2 others that were led by the recently deceased Richard Street & Damon Harris.

You can take a black guy to Nashville from right out of the cotton fields with bib overalls, and they will call him R&B. You can take a white guy in a pin-stripe suit who’s never seen a cotton field, and they will call him country. ~ O. B. McClinton

nod Yes, it was Cindy and Terry's group.

Too bad. I saw them at their peak when they opened up for Luther. They had a very tight show. Great singing, choreography, & each member could sing lead, carry a song.

I hear Dawn is supposed to be on R&B Divas, so maybe we will see what happened then? I loved what she did with Lucy Pearl, but that didn't last either.
