Today marks to 30th anniversary of the release of New Edition's debut album

Been a fan since Candy Girl dropped they are a bit older than me. I knew it was in March 1983 but had no idea what the exact day was.

That single sold pretty well and it's a real shame the drama they went through 4 a loooong time just 2 get

paid what they were entitled to. I was thinkn there aren't many acts who have had their success .

2 Be such a talented group then branch off n2 solo acts and sell pretty good. No even the Jacksons or Rolling Stones have had every member go Platinum.

I do hope they release something this year 4 their 30th Anniversary. Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis

BabyFace R.Kelly Missy Elliot and Timbaland on the boards 2 create a Masterpiece 4 the Boys from Boston minus Johnny Gilll speaking of which he brought that grown ass sound 2 NE when they were at a croosroads sound wise. Props 2 NE 4 30 yrs of amazing music .
