I haven't forgotten Boz Skaggs... Just saw him perform with The Dukes of September (Donald Fagen, Boz Skaggs, and Michael McDonald) at a festival a couple of years ago... This trio was awesome. The festival was free but I'd gladly pay to see them again in concert. Boz is still "Music gives a soul to the universe, wings to the mind, flight to the imagination and life to everything." --Plato

LittleBlueCorvette posts constantly about Joe Tex. I was introduced to the man's music thanks to him. [Edited 3/5/13 8:07am]

Old school booty songs! That one and Bertha Butt Boogie always crack me up . They were some jams though. The music was good.
