Kelly Rowland says Keyshia Coles doesn't matter much

http://s2smagazine.com/66818/kelly-rowland-keyshia-cole-doesnt-matter-much/

Kelly Rowland said Keyshia Cole’s opinion isn’t one that actually fazes her or her Destiny’s Child sisters one way or the other.

Kelly and Michelle Williams joined Beyoncé onstage during the Super Bowl last month, and while most seemed pleased to see the ladies reunited, Keyshia tweeted that Michelle wasn’t pulling her weight and just messed it all up for her.

“I was frightened to blink for a sec. Then Michell sung and woke my @ss up from my daze! She always f@_kN the groove up,” Keyshia tweeted.

Kelly, who’s forged a successful career for herself outside of Destiny’s Child, said the reality TV star’s remark was so irrelevant that they almost missed it entirely.

“It didn’t even make it on my radar until other people brought it up. It didn’t even matter,” said Kelly who likely isn’t one of Keyshia’s Twitter followers.

Kelly seemingly disagreed with Keyshia’s scathing critique of Michelle. She was pleased with the ladies’ show that may have contributed to a power outage at the venue.

“We had a wonderful performance, and that’s all I cared about,” Kelly told Rolling Stone. “I was with my sisters and the three of us matter to each other, and that’s all that counts.”

Michelle implied that criticism from another artist might have fazed her and her Destiny’s Child counterparts, but Keyshia isn’t exactly someone whose opinion matters.

“We matter to a lot more people, with all due respect, than her,” said Kelly. “So, I really don’t care what she said.”

Keyshia and Michelle apparentlyu have issues that predate the Superbowl criticism. It's believed that Michelle started it when she criticised Keyshia's performance at some BET awards show.

Somehow, I find BOTH voices 2b annoying (to a point.) Mary, however, has the better delivery even tho she pretends that she's got a Chaka range. Keyshia, on the other hand, could use some serious vocal coaching. Both have very obvious pitch issues. I think Mary's career is ovah and Keyshia's has BEEN ovah 4 a while now. Strictly MY opinon. There ARE better, more "able" vocalists out there whose careers have BARELY ascended out of the depths of undiscovery. sad

And if that is the case I don't blame Keyshia for getting back at her. She is
only saying what the majority of us see with Michelle anyway. She was just a
mascot with Destiny's Child anyway. lol

Keyshia is shady on many levels, but Michelle is generally pretty piss poor compared to her band mates.

God knows how she got into the group – I’d say probably to make Beyonce look more talented and beautiful biggrin

Michelle's gospel music isn't that bad though.

Even so, she's always seemed very open and comfortable with her place as a DC cheerleader, and has made jokes in the past that it's been a blessing to her bank account. I don't think she has any confusion about what her role is in the trio. She gets to play stadiums, tour the world, and get paid for it. Then come home and do her Broadway/ gospel stuff... Doesn't seem like all that bad a life lol

^She pretty much said word for word what you just said.

It doesn't hurt that they were still looking to be a group and since the quartet thing wasn't working they were grateful to Michelle to fill out their trio.

Plus they genuinely like each other.

Honestly i dont see the fascination with Keyshia anyway and was amazed that she was so well liked industry wise and critically, to me she is another typical painting by numbers "you done me wrong" female boring ass RB singer, overblown drama tracks, bullshit reality show, to me she takes herself too seriously. The fact is that this whole thing flew under the radar as it should, it was a tweet, and again, i cant wait till that twitter bird gets smashed with a hammer, truly the stupidiest form of social media, if thats possible, anyone that puts stock in twitteris nuts, its 90% and the rest i s ok if u can find it in the meaningless shit, kind of like the music on the internet that everyone brags about.

The truth is Keyshia blows somewhat as a live performer but she has had

decent singles(ballads) and considering what her peers are putting out

she hasn't done that bad. Pretty much she's a poor man's Monica. I

actually like a few of her singles but would never rush out and buy her cd.

Keyshia and Kelly's solo careers are pretty even and Keyshia i would dare to

say may have the edge on Kelly in hit singles.
