I'm extremely partial to Nina Simon's version, I prefer Dinah Washington & Sister Roesetta Tharpe as artists but Nina's rendition is where its at.
HOWEVER,,,
This is definitly a moving rendition. I love the fact that the producer took a completely left turn whereas a safer method would've been to follow the traditional way.
