Marshall "Rock" Jones was the bassplayer
from the start 1959 (The Ohio Untouchables)up 2 the 80´s. Walter "Junie" Morrison was an important member 4 their sound 1970-73.He sang lead, played keyboard, wrote & arranged stuff.Remember Funky Worm. He left just before their big breakthrough in 1974 2 persue a solo career.Check out Junie´s soloalbums if U dig the earlier freaky Ohio Players. Then he went on 2 join Parliament/Funkadelic on their classic late 70's works. /peace manki

One of the Baddest Bands&So Versatile it ain't even Funny.Manki mentioned Junie Morrison who had His "Funky Worm" Work Sampled&Looped to death by Ice Cube,Too Short&Dre back in the early 90's.Junie is a Bad Keyboard Player.Sugarfoot is a Monster on the Axe.USexyMF Nailed the Ladies as well.Loved them Covers&it wasn't until the 2 Live Crew came along that Beautiful Juicy Sisters were as featured as much.it was either Sugarfoot or Billy beck that said on 60 Minutes that we can't sell us on the Cover so we have Models.Smart Move.Slammin Ladies on the Cover&Slammin Music on the Inside. mistermaxxx
