George Clinton Files for Divorce from Wife of 22 Years

It’s all over for George Clinton and his wife of 22 years, Stephanie Lynn Clinton, reports TMZ. We guess you could say their marriage went to the (Atomic) dogs. <img src=" width="15" height="15" />

Florida documents show the two were married in Toledo, Ohio in 1990, but have “experienced long term separation” throughout the marriage and say “the marriage is irretrievably broken.”

According to docs, the now ex-couple has no children together, no shared property and no shared bank accounts.

George had a son from a previous relationship, George Jr, but he passed away in 2010 aged 50 after suffering from liver disease.

Stephanie was the P-Funk All-Stars front man’s second wife and she worked as his personal assistant and manager.

Who knew the chief funkateer was even married?

eye will ALWAYS think of prince like a "ACT OF GOD"! N another realm. eye mean of all people who might of been aliens or angels.if found out that prince wasn't of this earth, eye would not have been that surprised. R.I.P. prince

Yes, I knew. Didn't know about the death of his son though. Having to bury your own child must be one of the saddest things in the world.
