With regard to his mother having been a college or university English professor, one would never know it by the unintelligent grammatical ramblings that spew from his mouth. I don't know him personally, so I can't judge him, but from what I see and hear in the news and in forums fairly regularly, I find him boring, uneducated and too full of himself. In my opinion, he presents like a complete loser. sad

Jay-Z is a d*** Rider, he jumps on what is hot at the moment. I'm not happy about this tour with him and Justin. Even as a big justin fan I won't act like Justin didn't use Jay to add more buzz for his song I like Jay for his old songs but I don't care about him like that anymore. Fine you guys did a song but a tour? please they don't fit at all together. lol And Kanye is mad that kim is bringing his stock down.

BUT timberlake isnt dragging him on tour with him, he decided, its interesting that people blame Timberlake on this, this is nothing more than JAYZ doing what his wife does all the time, jumps in the light of someone else. TO me timberlake is an idiot for bringing a distraction with HIM on tour, if you want to be taken seriously, the last thing to do is to take the biggest phony on tour with you, they do make a good couple, cause JT is a wanna be soul dude and JZ is a wanna be whatever is going on dude, who thinks he is this "streets" rapper of some sort. Its all a commercial move, in both of these guys genres no one is really touring and making a name for themselves as a live performing force or even a ticket draw. It will be interesting how this tour goes in markets for areas that are not JZ territory though.

Another excellent post!

JZ and his wife are the kind of people that will smile in your face but when it comes down to it their going to get theres regardless. Im not mad at anybody for trying to hustle but it comes across phooney and Im baffled that the celebrities that deal with them dont see that. This was a REALLY bad move on Justin's part because bringing Jay Z along distracts from HIS comeback. It shouldnt be about Jay Z. It should be ALL about Justin. Justin hasnt performed and made music for almost 7 years and Jay Z just finished touring LAST YEAR.

I agree with you 100 % on this. Hopefully he does a solo tour soon because this is crazy to me. lol

Suit & Tie is still decent. might just be the beat and his long absence from tunes. i feel yeezy about the industry i wouldn't mind taking a peek at in another life, but why bitch about his mentors little tour (that probably won't even happen wacky) and another marginally esteemed performer who might help benefit his stuff in the future. or just have hot preggers sex shrug yawn.

For all time I am with you, you are with me.

How can Kanye say anything when he is attached to a Kardashian? They will put their names on anything, and are famous for nothing! Your future first born will be from a woman whose family sold their souls a long time ago. They will do damn near anything for the $$. He has nerve questioning anybody. Sweep around your own door first.

Yeah I lol because Yeezy came unglued, but for the record I think he's a huge pr*&k and his rapping is subpar. He surely ain't no Rakim, KRS-1, (or anything close to that), yet, he has a huge ego. He's the one who's cray cray. You can't buy class, and he has no tact or decency about himself.

The worst part about htis is... even though i honestly do think Kanye is a better artist than Jay(Just my opinion)

Jay-Z is stil the one that brought him up and got him started in the music world... and he put him on his tour.

He also got Yeezy set up with a ton of the rappers that were on ''College Dropout''

Kanye isn't afraid of bitting the hand that fed him for a few years confused

Pistols sounded like "Fuck off," wheras The Clash sounded like "Fuck Off, but here's why.."- Thedigitialgardener

That's just it. Ye probably feel like he's his own man now. Besides, I don't think it's that serious. It's only one diss of a track that Jay is on. I mean, he did say I got love for Jay before he dissed the song. lol

Kanye is jumping on a lot of artists right now.. getting on with artists i really don't care for.

BUT Jay-Z is getting as bad as Snoop Dogg now lol Jay will collab with anyone to stay relevant and is raps have gotten worse and worse since Blueprint III.

Jay-Z has his legacy so if he does actually retire for real this time i think it would be good... the fact he is still rapping about selling coke decades ago and talking about ''gangster lifestyle'' That bitch is one of the richest people in Hollywood... married to one of the richest people in Hollywood.

He is chilling with Justin Bieber and One Direction! he needs to let go of the gangster shit.

I'm glad Kanye has said he never lived a gangster lifestyle and never tried to go on his 3rd album and say how sold coke lol

That's what Lil Wyane did! on like his 3rd or 4th album he decided he ''used'' to be a coke dealer batting eyes

Exactly. I liked Dame and Jay-Z together, Jay-Z music was much better than too. If Kanye is biting the hand that fed him he's only learning from his teacher. lol

100% Fact.

I have never understood Jayz popularity. He is by far one of the most overrated rappers of all time. He has always had 3rd grader rhymes and I think people overrate "Reasonable Doubt". Its HIS best but if you compare that album to other iconic hip hop projects it doesnt even hold a candle to them. shrug

Maybe it's been mentioned but I feel like this rant was spun into something that it wasn't. I don't think he was dissing the song Suit & Tie or even Justin, he was dissing businessmen in the music/art world and using the title Suit & Tie as an analogy to them.

It sure was. Dame was the one who had to convince Jay. Jigga didn't even want to sign Kanye. The Roc family broke up, and now Kanye is with Jay, not Dame. Kanye said he felt guilty about that. This crew is known to drop their homies. Where is Damon, Biggs, Jazz O? Okay then. I really wouldn't be surprised if Jay and Kanye went their separate ways.

Me either.

He is neither the GOAT many people make him out to be nor the middle-of-the-road MC others make him out to be.

He's a highly skilled MC. The timing was always right. Biggie and Pac died (Biggie arguably put him over).

He had 4 consecuritve producers who were at their peak at the time he hired them -- Swizz, Kanye Just Blaze and Neptunes. He built his Roc-A-Fella/Roc-A-Wear brand before he really became a crossover success. Cue "Dangerously In Love" and that's it.

But lyrically, he tapped out years ago. He's still catchy and clever but the basic story never changed. MjC has a point, but all that being said, it's easy to see how he's popular.
