When it comes to this qbasic site....waaaaaaaaaaaaay down on the list of things to do.

Nope. It's been delayed until March 19th due to a "manufacturing error". Sucks, but their communication has been great and I had/have access to the HD digital download.

Yeah...i was all set to panic,until i read some stuff over at ets.If it comes down to it...i'll reverse credit card charges....but i'm hopeful-after all,it's not like i'm dealing with a musican with an over inflated ego.

I saw HTDA last weekend, and while the show was pretty damn great, musically and especially visually, I still don't like her voice. It's average at best, and I still think everything save a song or two would sound better with Trent singing. While I was listening to her sing live, something occurred to me that I hadn't really noticed before...

You know how there's Prince bootlegs of some Time songs with him singing the lead, and then there's the versions with Morris where he's done a lead vocal that matches Prince's EXACTLY? Well that's what most of HTDA sounds like to me. It sounds like there's probably versions of those songs where Trent DID do the vocals, Mariqueen went in and followed them to do her's, then they took his out.

The couple of HTDA songs that WOULDN'T sound better with Trent singing don't give me that vibe. The vocal phrasing is too feminine and soft. Probably lyrics or melody she wrote on her own.
