He must be making some bank for that commercial i literally have seen it on T.V almost everytime i have gone to the gym for the past 3 months.
And it's not that funny Pistols sounded like "Fuck off," wheras The Clash sounded like "Fuck Off, but here's why.."- Thedigitialgardener

Actually I find it quite pitiful... "Music gives a soul to the universe, wings to the mind, flight to the imagination and life to everything." --Plato

are you saying the the commercial isn't funny or his looks aren't funny? "Lack of home training crosses all boundaries."

To my knowledge, Eddie is still out there doin' his thang, as far as touring is concerned. He does shows here in the Detroit area often. I still LOVE "Take Me Home Tonight". "It's not nice to fuck with K.B.! All you haters will see!" - Kitbradley

Eddie has like no personality the Geico Lizard has way more they need to bring his green ass back. Pistols sounded like "Fuck off," wheras The Clash sounded like "Fuck Off, but here's why.."- Thedigitialgardener

Was he always a solo act? "Lack of home training crosses all boundaries."

Yup he was always a solo act and he was HUGE for awhile in the 80's.
I think he wa sint he string of Billy Joel singer/song writer types. Pistols sounded like "Fuck off," wheras The Clash sounded like "Fuck Off, but here's why.."- Thedigitialgardener

his 1982 video "Shakin" features a beautiful female co-star named Patty Kotero....yes,Apollonia!.....a few years before Purple Rain....
This song and "Take Me Home Tonight" are his best 80s singles, imo.

Apollonia & Freddie Mercury both make an appearance as well as Eddie's many Sly Stallone faces. Pistols sounded like "Fuck off," wheras The Clash sounded like "Fuck Off, but here's why.."- Thedigitialgardener

yeah i think its funny too how he just doesnt stop singing it either, which is funny because they do that to ALOT of few hit wonders, keep making them singing that one fucking song. As far as his look, Eddie was always a little bit nuts, and creepy looking and was very shaky and shifty, not sure if he some kind of muscle issue or whatever but he always acting that way. It sounds a little out of key and his eyes are going in diffeent directions, it freeks me out.
Looking at that album cover I guess his eyes have always been like that...just like Lenny Kravitz...

Yeah I noticed he was o a tour with something like, Loverboy and Survivor a couple years ago. I had the distinct feeling that "Eddie Money is gonna be the undisputed highlight of this festival. OH NO!"

THAT^ is pretty well off giving that Eddie didn't have any more career hits after the 1980's.
