As her four-part reality show Totally T-Boz comes to a close, Tionne “T-Boz” Watkins debuts her empowering song “Champion.” The TLC alum provides words of encouragement(“Any war you can win if you stay strong/ Baby, you’re achampion”) as she sings in her raspy voice.

Proceeds from the sale of the single, which is now available on iTunes, will benefit sickle cell and leukemia foundations.

Aside from her solo ventures, T-Boz is planning to release new music with Chilli to celebrate TLC’s 20th anniversary. “We will do two new songs and remix some of the older hits,” she told Anderson Cooper on his daytime show. “Use it as a twenty-year anniversary. Twenty years, two decades.”

I kinda like it. It could do well if promoted properly.

I love T-Boz, but this is pretty snoozy.

Yeah, she's going for the Urban AC audience for this one. Maybe it's a "grower."

It started good, but nah, not really a smash. And do I hear autotune????

All I hear is autotune. I prefer T-Boz's vocals with all the flaws.

I wish I could hear her voice.
