Not a worldwide tour then. Pfft. Making a mistake touring with 98 Degrees as they had pretty much NO hits internationally aside from that one with Mariah and that one from that movie with Stevie Wonder.

And since Boyz II Men lost "that one who does the talky bits with the deep voice" they've never been the same.

I only know one song, but don't remember the name of it, and I have a single of it somewhere that someone gave to me. lol Color Me Badd is back together, or at least 3 of them are. I think maybe they could have been asked.

You can take a black guy to Nashville from right out of the cotton fields with bib overalls, and they will call him R&B. You can take a white guy in a pin-stripe suit who’s never seen a cotton field, and they will call him country. ~ O. B. McClinton

I am BEYOND excited for this tour, not even going to lie. Trying to decide if I want to hit up two shows (Dallas and OKC) or just the OKC one.

It was originally written as a country song (I believe). John Michael Montgomery recorded it first, then A41 released their version. That was during the time where Atlantic Records were recycling songs for different genres. They did the same thing for the song "I'd Give Anything" that Gerald Levert recorded.

That would have been a better show to me. Brian from CMB could sing his ass off.

U know this type of show is not about vocal ability. It's about 30-somethings and 40-somethings reliving thier childhood crushes. lol

It amazes me how the NKOTB fans continue to support them.

What chu mean NKOTB fanbase and songs were more widely recieved plus they are the indeed older group..probably got more hits too (if not the same amount). Enough to fill one album of singles. Plus there are 2 of Boys II Men missing

Actually it's only one. They were asked about him on The View yesterday.

Sad to see Boyz II Men in this state of affairs, but 90s artists need to stay active as much as possible and they have bills to pay as well.

Shows how much attention I paid to them. They never had enough uptempo jams to keep me interested

According to what they said yesterday, Boyz II Men have a residency to perform in Las Vegas, but they had been talking to NKOTB for a few years about working together. I don't see why folks see this tour as a bad thing. It's not like they have to do it, because of the Vegas show. They will reach a bigger audience with the New Kids than they would by themselves. That's even more so for 98 Degrees. New Kids draw a big audience.

As long as they are staying out and about, I wish them all the best, but I admit my bias as I was not a NKOTB fan at all when they were popular while I have been a lifelong fan of Boyz II Men.
