  1. Once Again
  2. Get Lifted
  3. Evolver

He has a bunch of great songs but my definite favourite is She Don't Have to Know.

John Legend did a super-cool, reallly different cover of Dancing in the Dark, on Jimmy Fallon. Here's a taste from one of his live shows (the Fallon clip was pulled from YouTube):

This:

Best song: Bunch of great songs, but I'll say his greatest vocal performance on wax would have to be a Bill Withers cover, "I Can't Write Left Handed." WOW!

I only have the first two, to be honest. From what I've heard of the newer stuff, I haven't been compelled to pick up the album.

Once Again is great. Very low key, but I just love the vibe.

Fave song:

Show Me - brilliant. Someone said it's a combo of Hendrix style guitar with Jeff Buckley vocal, and that really is a good take on it. No matter what the influence, the song is beautiful and hits me in the heart strings.

Music, sweet music, I wish I could caress and...kiss, kiss...

I dont particularly like John Legend the (person) because his very fake and is the complete opposite of the music he makes. However, he has a fairly descent catalogue. I would say "Once Again" for me. There were sooooo many great great cuts. The highlight of the album for me is "Where Did My Baby Go" and then you have others like "Save Room" "Heaven""Maxine" etc

I love John Legends first 2 albums, I didn't care that much about Evolver.

It's hard for me to choose between Once Again and Get Lifted, but I would say I like Once Again a bit better than Get lifted.

Best songs,

She dont have to know, Ordinary People, Again, Save Room, among others...

I always thought it was interesting that when John won the GRAMMY for Best New Artist no one mentioned that he is the First Black Male Solo Artist to win in that category...
