oh yes, this takes me back to my grandmother's house on Sunday morning!!! She would play this all the time..she still has the Amazing Grace album and I have the cd as well...this is why Aretha Franklin is the QUEEN!!!!! bet u want see Beyonce, Keyshia Cole, Rihanna, dare to do a gospel album...I would love to see Fantasia do an entire gospel album plus KeKe Wyatt, Anthony Hamilton and more true soul singers |

Aretha was on some other level when she did this album. Then again whenever she does a gospel song, you can tell she FEELS it... You should hear her gospel performances at 14. In "Precious Lord" she was humming like a much older woman. I swear as far as child singers go (or future pop legends in their early years), no one was as impressive to me as a singer than little Aretha to this day... and of course this Aretha at 27 was just as great if not greater.  |
