Before everyone gets it twisted.Both of these ladies are very cookie cutter pop divas but when I look the standard in the genre that they are in.

When I look at Beyonce and listen to her music and compare it artist like Rihanna; I think that Rihanna might be a better creative artist then Beyonce.

Yes Beyonce had the superior voice, she has power, range and can actually sing.

Beyonce has been around for two decades and everytime I hear a Beyonce song it sounds the same. There is no real voice reflections or eclecticsm in her music.

Once you hear a Beyonce song you hear it all in my opinion.

I think Rihanna is a better artist then Beyonce because Rihanna experiments a lot more with her music. She may not have the range like Beyonce but every album I hear from Rihanna is different.

Both are average at best, but behind them they have a strong writing and marketing team. Those creative lyrics weren't really written by Mrs. Knowles-Carter or Ms. Fenty, but more than likely Neyo, Rich Harrison, or The Dream wrote it.

So, neither one.

Rihanna has more catchy songs, Beyonce's better as a performer .

I like several of Rihanna's songs but did she write them or co-write them? The B-Girl writes and co-writes on all of her CD's.

For some reason I awlays felt Rihanna was a Product of the Label and Studio. Is what she's giving us REALLY who she is or who the Label wants us to believe she is?

One thing about B-Girl is that she told us & showed us going back to her girl-group days who she was and is as an Artist. She doesnt have an identity problem....

When people think about Rihanna they're not quite sure about the Beautiful young Sista because she spends more time being on-stage and selling Videos and less time just shooting the breeze and talking so we can get to know her...

All we know about Rihanna is that she likes to get High from time to time and she ONLY dates a Brotha that has a Big Dick. We need a bit more than that if you ask me...

both of them are just a co-authors, along with 3-4 other authors on all their albums and songs.

While any one of them will write at least a handful of songs on their own, I suggest not involve writing songs in this discussion.

No vested interest here, Beyonce is a far better singer and performer.

i like both of their music, but Rihanna can't do ANYTHING. I'm not kidding, she can't really sing, she can't dance, she can't write, she can't play any instrument.

Not that Beyoncé is legendary great but i like her a lot, and her shows are great. Rihanna is fun to watch, but she sounds like shit most of the times and she can't dance or anything.. but she's cool tho. and she's hot but Beyoncé is as well.

Fashion wise Rihanna wins even though she's taken so much from Kelis.

Videowise Rihanna wins over Bey too, because her videos are more creative and better done.

Beyonce has the better voice and the better dancer, Rihanna embaresses us with caribbean ancestry because homegirl can't dance at all!

Beyonce is a better performer. I think Beyonce is more creative than Rihanna, she's worked hard and even though she it at that stage where she can buy her credits, (just like Rihanna) I think she has a direction and knows what she wants. Sadly many artits at one point in their career buy off the songwriters and put their name for royalty purposes, which sucks.

Bey is constantly hit with plagiarism accusations and she's notoriously known for putting her name on music that she didn't write. Even if she did have a say in something, creatively speaking, many people would still understandably be a bit skeptical. No shade to either of them but it's the truth. I listen to both of their music.
